BIA received a request to use information contained in the 4th Edition on another website. At the end of the request this is what Andrew had to say:

Regardless of your decision, I would like to say the current edition of Bowhunting in Arizona is head and shoulders above the B&C, SCI and P&Y (which cost significantly more) in terms of content, data display, articles, usability--keep up the impressive work!

Thanks for your consideration.

Anyone who revels in the glories of bowhunting, whether they do so as an adjunct to gun hunting or consider themselves a serious devotee of sport with “stick and string,” owes it to himself to read Bowhunting in Arizona. Edited by Mark F. Vancas, the Fourth Edition (2000) of this book, handsomely bound in black buckram with a matching black dust jacket, offers coverage of almost anything and everything you could want to know about archery in Arizona. This includes trophy records, 10 “true life” stories by devoted members and details on the Bowhunting in Arizona Record Book Committee (the book’s publisher).

This work is a fine example of what a dedicated group of sportsmen driven by a sense of mission can do. Sample and savor these pages. You will be inspired and educated, and the volume will occupy a welcome and well-deserved place on your shelves.
